My expectation about my programme
My
Expectation about my programme
The programme that I’m taking is computer application.
This course is for both college and business students .It provides an opportunity for students to acquire intermediate computer skills.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills will be applied. You will
notice the activities do not include any instructions – they are simply a set
of exercises that require the application of the most widely used functions.
The fact that there are no instructions is by design! Similar to the "real
world", your own notes are probably your best resource, and you have the
help screens that contain anything that might be in a book. I recommend you
copy your notes after each class adding explanations, diagrams, and clearly
outlined procedures while the information is still fresh in your mind. The
process of creating these notes and using them while completing the activities
will result in real learning and you will find them to be a valuable resource
in the future.By studying this computer application students will be able to Create,
Format and Edit a Word Document with
Pictures and many more.I expect that Students must satisfy the course
requirements specific to the degree they are seeking. It is expected that all
students maintain a 3.0 GPA with no class lower than a grade of C. In the case
of classroom-based courses, student are expected to attend all classes.
Students must have access to a computer with compatible software either already
installed, or which you have the ability to install, as required on a course by
course basis. Computers may be required in the classroom for particular courses
and students must be able to access a laptop computer in those instances. In
addition, it is also expected that each student have at his or
her disposal the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs for the
completion and or preparation of class assignments, as well as high speed
internet access for any online coursework.

MY INTEREST
My interest is in doing cookies.Actually I have this hobby
since im young. The most perfect cookies that I prefer to do is chocolate chip
cookie. This cookies are very delicious. When you bite into this cookie, you
realize what may be missing in other cookies. The perfect cookie has a very
slight crunch when first bitten, then is filled with a soft, moist cookie
inside. As you get closer to the middle, the richness of it is remarkable. The
recipe for the perfect chocolate chip cookie uses some of the same ingredients
most people use in their own cookies. Some of the ingredients are a bit
different, however, and one will totally surprise you. Take a look:
- 2 cups minus 2 tablespoons cake flour
- 1 2/3 cup bread flour
- 1 ¼ tsp. baking soda
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp. coarse salt
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter (if you use salted butter, skip the 1 ½ tsp. salt added to the dough)
- 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ¼ pounds chocolate pieces (if you prefer less chocolate, use just one bag of chocolate pieces)
- Course sea salt (this is important)
Directions for making the Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Sift the flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a
bowl. Set aside.
Using a mixer with a paddle attachment, cream butter and
sugars together until very light – about 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a
time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla. Reduce speed to
low, add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined – 5 to 10 seconds.
Drop the chocolate pieces in and stir to incorporate them. Press plastic wrap
against the dough and refrigerate for 24 – 36 hours. Dough should be used in
batches and can be refrigerated for up to 72 hours.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a
baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
So these are the ingredients and the ways to do the
chocolate chip cookies. If anyone else also interested in doing cookies like me
you can try this out.I am very sure that you all will like it very much. There
are also still many types of other cookies if anyone interest in doing cookies
you can try this out.
